About Simcoe Vacuum Solutions
Locally owned and serving Simcoe County since 2016. We work on one thing: central vacuum systems.
Central vacuum specialists
Simcoe Vacuum Solutions sells, installs and repairs central vacuum systems for homeowners in Barrie, Innisfil and communities across Simcoe County. Because central vacuums are all we do, we spend our time on the details that decide whether a system works well: where the inlets go, how the pipe is routed, where the power unit sits and how it vents.
We work in new construction and in finished homes. That means rough-ins before drywall, full retrofits in existing houses, finishing builder rough-ins, and replacing worn-out power units on existing pipe.

How we work
Honest advice, open pricing
Equipment prices are listed on our website, so you can compare before we visit. Installation is quoted in writing after a free in-home visit, with anything not included spelled out. HST is extra.
Repairs start with a diagnosis. Service calls start at $150 plus HST. That covers the visit and diagnosis. Any repair labour and parts are quoted before work goes ahead.
If the power unit needs a new dedicated circuit or outlet, that work must be done by a licensed electrician and is not included in our price. This applies to 120 V and 240 V units.
